Cu privire la aprobarea regulamentului privind modul de conferire a categoriilor de calificare personalului de specialitate din biblioteci
În Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova (nr. 474-477, art. 799 din 10.09.2025) a fost publicat Ordinul Ministerului Culturii nr. 334 din 02.09.2025, prin care a fost aprobat Regulamentul privind modul de conferire a categoriilor de calificare personalului de specialitate din biblioteci.

Regulamentul privind modul de conferire a categoriilor de calificare personalului de specialitate din biblioteci, stabileşte modul de organizare şi desfăşurare a procesului de conferire, confirmare şi păstrare a acestor categorii. Regulamentul reglementează criteriile, condiţiile, etapele şi mecanismele de evaluare profesională în vederea asigurării calităţii şi dezvoltării continue a resurselor umane din sistemul bibliotecar.
Regulamentului, include capitolele: Dispoziții generale; Cadrul de referință al atestării personalului de specialitate din biblioteci; Comisiile de atestare a personalului de specialitate din biblioteci; Organizarea procesului de atestare a personalului de specialitate din biblioteci; Procedura de conferire, confirmare şi păstrare a categoriilor de calificare a personalului de specialitate din biblioteci; Contestăţii.
Regulamentul stabileşte: scopul atestării; obiectivele atestării; principiile de bază ale atestării; cadrul de referinţă al atestării; activitatea comisiilor de atestare; procedura de organizare şi desfăşurare a procesului de atestare a personalului de specialitate din toate tipurile de biblioteci; procedura de conferire, confirmare şi păstrare a categoriei de calificare a personalului de specialitate din biblioteci.
În cadrul Bibliotecii Ştiinţifice a USARB, prezentul Regulament, este adus la cunoştinţa angajaților, şi Va fi utilizat pentru realizarea procesului de conferire, confirmare şi păstrare a categoriilor.
